A tenant pays from the app and the payment comes back already attached to the lease it belongs to, so nobody retypes a reference.

The route most tenants actually take in Ethiopia: transfer, then photograph the slip. The slip is uploaded against the invoice, so the ledger is evidence-based rather than memory-based.
